Can't figure it out

Asked by Framer101 Apr 19, 2018 at 07:24 PM about the 1972 Ford F-100

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is the vacuum for the motor apart of the master
break cylinder?  Runs rough with new tune up and
carb.  Ran rough before but thought a tune up
would help it.  A guy told me it was a vacuum
issue.  But can't find a leak.

The engine generates a vacuum when it is running. There will be vacuum lines coming from the intake manifold. If one is loose or cracked you will have a leak which can make the engine run poorly.
