Why is my Truck Over heating

I have a 1968 Ford F100 truck with a 390 motor I have
replace every water system part on this truck I have put a
2 core radiator with a one and a quarter inch tubing for
more flow but it still overheats why

Never heard of an air pocket how do I let the air out of an air pocket?
