Can someone tell me where the A/C cutoff switch is located on a 1971 Ford LTD

There isn't one. You're AC system uses an entirely different system. If the compressor isn't engaging, either there's no power to it or clutch has failed. the "Expansion Valve regulates the flow of Freon instead of turning on and off the compressor,
