What and where does the choke pull off connect to?

See the plastic connector where the two vacuum lines are connected, that is wrong, unplug the rubber hose that runs to,the intake manifold fitting and hook it to the choke pull off, then rotate the plastic connector and plug it in to the opening right on the carb next too it, that will feed clean air into the choke heater. HTH

Yeah now,you got it, but it looks like the little plastic connector is broken, it's suppose to go into that hole in th carb.

Does it need to go there? I've been driving it without that for about a year now

The pulloff might not work as well as it should with it out of the carb.
