Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car will not start. No fuel to engine. Can not hear pump running. Checked relays. OK.  
Could be bad wires from rats/mice.  However, expect that pump is bad

I cracked open the rear end of the fuel supply rail. No fuel came out when I cranked the engine.
