I just replaced the battery in January and today I went to start it and nothing. I wiggled the positive cable and it started. I went to leave again, and nothing. Any suggestions

Hello Hickel. This could simply mean that the battery cable simply isn't connected to the terminal tightly enough to avoid a bit of road vibration from breaking the connection. I would pop by an auto parts store, most have tools you can borrow, or for something that simple will come out to the parking lot and tighten it for you. You may wish to check the other end of the Positive Battery Cable to ensure that its connected firmly at its source, and checking the cable for any casing damage. Are the battery terminals clean? the battery cables are clean, i can't even lock my car with my key. I had to do it manually. I called the auto parts store that put in my battery but they won't come out and charge it. it looks like the casing may be a little frayed. would that cause it to die?

That could definitely be the cause. Does your car insurance have towing on it? If so, I would recommend having it towed to a tire store (almost all of them work in batteries, and batter cables), they will be happy to replace it, or troubleshoot the problem without charging you $90 an hour to diagnose the problem. I am so sorry this has happened, if I lived nearby I would just pop by and look at it for you. Please message me if you still haven't had any luck.
