Jack ttruck up and check for looseness pull tires sideways to see if you feel play, could be loose bearing or suspension

already did that to changed bearings on both sides and suspension is fine

nope lol changed them to.

How do you know it is not your tires? If the tires are cupped or have other irregular wear or out of round it could cause your problem even if they balance.

Bad wheel bearings or the front end being out of alignment are also possibilities.

I had them checked for broken beads all of that I rotated them also and it didn't do anything. the tires are just barely a year old also

I also have gotten my trucked aligned

Worn tie rod ends or other suspension parts.

It has to be something as it is really not that complicated. If you checked everything then you simply missed something.

yea I understand that. that's why I'm at a complete loss with it
