my turn signals are not flashing front and back even on my dash board is it a
fuse?

Located under dash between steering column and fuse panel, near emergency brake.

on the 64 i think it is attached to the back of the gauge housing in a clip. Looks just like the photo Mark provided. It may be easier to pull the gauges and access from the front rather than under the dash.
