How to disable anti theft system that will not let car start

Asked by Jul 13, 2017 at 02:57 PM about the 2003 Ford Focus

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Got a 2003 Ford Focus, the chip in the picture
below was plugged in under steering column and it
was kicked. Does not start whatsoever. Company
that made it is no longer in existence and no one
will repair it, just take it out. We would like to save
money if we could and do it ourselves because we
would also have to get it towed. Anyone know of a
video or a how to guide on how to do this?
