problems with car dying please help

Having problems with my 2003 ford focus
where if you drive it but sit in drive for a
period of time it will act like it's going to die
and when this happens battery lights flashes
on and off..computer says o2 sensor I've
changed that and still doing it. Now theirs no
engine light so can't check it. Can anyone
tell me what it could be??
