2003 Ford Explorer sport

A couple of years ago I had a problem
with the car just all of a sudden stopping
while you were driving it .  If you put it in
neutral turn the key you got power again .
The gas line was change from that gas
tank I believe to the carburetor and
everything is been fine until last week
It is now doing the same thing all over
again what can I do ?
