Smoking when cold

I have a 2007 opel corsa tdci sport model.  
What would be causing my car to smoke
heavy in the morning , or whenever its cold?
But when i drive a little it goes away.  Its
white smoke and you can smell the diesel
heavy.

May need a set of new glow plug,s,,

Not burning the fuel,when it,s cold,

If it,s diesel it has them.Give me a few minute,s see if i can look them up.
