Ford Explorer 2003

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car doesnt start. Battery is new. No light, no panel. Only light is the red light
for alarm. Continuos clicking sound from the fuse box under the driver wheel.
anyone any ideas? I tried also a jump start. no nothing. Could it be a fuse?

Could be a fuse, but first I would check all of the main power and grounds, corrosion or even loose can cause your symptoms.

HI, it seems like a loose. but - connecting a jump starter, no results. Therefore it should not be the battery, right? - no lights, no panel, no lock ... all electric system is interrupted - the only lights working are alarm and radio sometimes

Still sounds like a major voltage loss to me, battery cables, main engine grounds, body grounds, all of those must be checked for proper connections, then after that is done then start checking the other circuit connections, power distribution box, main harness corrector at the fire wall. etc.
