Question type: Car Customization

Hi Folks, I'm getting ready to replace the front drum brakes for disc brakes on a 63 Ford Fairlane 260/289 V8. I'm just not sure if I need to add some kind of vacuum boost to my parts. If anyone has any answers I'd be grateful. Thanks.
