I know how to unscrew and remove the bolt. I want to know how to remove the over drive switch on top of the knob. There is no obvious way to remove. I believe it snaps in some way. Thanks anyway.

Have you removed the knob completely? I think you will find a connector under the knob that you disconnect to totally remove the knob.
