A dealer rating is a 1 to 5 star ratings given to dealers or sellers by consumers, or simply people looking to purchase vehicles. When you inquire about a vehicle on cars guru, you will receive an email in response to inquiry. Within the next week the dealer is expected to correspond with you. Whether you purchase a vehicle or not, you will receive another email in approximately a week that will allow you to rate whatever experience you had with that dealer, on a 1-5 scale ( 1 being the worst, 5 being the best). Your rating and comments will then be posted on that dealer or sellers profile page. All comments and ratings are permanent, (unless proven to be fake) however, only ratings within the last 2 years are considered when calculating a dealers current rating. Hope this helps ! www.TedCiano.com
