What kind of coolant and oil do I put in a 4 door 1975

I would use standard green coolant with an anti-rust additive. I would also use 5W-30 or 10W-40 oil.

    Engine sounds like it wants to turn over but won't. Have seat belt on. Doesn't sound like it is the solenoid. Clueless. Have new battery on it AC DELCO for the 74 Maverick. Any ideas?
