2006 4WD toyota wish

Hi everyone I need some advise. I see a 4WD
waring light on the dash board. When I push
the button to activate 4WD nothing happens

Hi also have the same issue on my 2004 Toyota wish did you manage to sort yours out and if so what did you find to be the problem
