generally a person get 90,000 or more miles, if oil changes had been done on time....would suggest perhaps Listen, on deceleration the wear-shoe might have the material worn away~ ...ok, so the answer is use your ears and listen to the slack on decel~ got 180,000 miles out of my 22RE and still goin' strong after only one timing belt, front cover (with oil pump) sprockets and wear tensioner...not a terrible job..except they ask to change the head gasket and water pump at the same time...bit of a JOB~
chain...not belt...sorry this thing does not allow editing...only removal...just check the sound on deceleration..then you will know~
