Help with 1979 Toyota pickup

#3 cylinder has full compression and spark, changed coil, carburetor.  Spark
plug still misses.  Pulled plug wire while running, makes no difference.  Just the
# 3 cylinder.

shop for a different engine..plenty of used Japanese engines on the market~
