wheel on driver'side front is rolled forward 1" gap on front 3" on backside

gap on front tire 1" on front side 3"  back side  noticed  tie rod ends bushing bad would this cause problem or something else HELP

Sounds more like a control arm or A arm as they use to be called, possibly bent or the adjustment is all wrong.

do you think cam bolts broke or shifted
