I have the same issue. I HAVE read the 2012 Cooper S owners manual and it states that my MINI comes equipped with Bluetooth. Owners manual copyright 2012 and came with the car. Thoughts?

I’ve just brought a Mini Cooper one 2011 plate. When I go to set the phone up I press menu and only mini and config come up so how do I switch the Bluetooth on. Any help you be appreciated I’m pulling my hair out. I know it’s been used before because it comes up with telephone numbers on.

Hello, I am just wondering if you ever found a solution to this problem. I am having the same issue with my 2008 Mini Cooper Clubman, the dealer said the car comes with Bluetooth, and I also see where there was a previous telephone number stored, but like you said, when I hit menu, “phone” isn’t an option.

I have the same issue with my 2012 Mini Cooper one. I dont find phone in menu, only bc (board computer), conf and mini availaibity (phone number for service, i think). Have anyone answer for that issue?

I have a 2013 countryman with mini connect that doesn’t pair with any phone. Anyone who knows if I can change the Bluetooth module (or where it is at least lol) or what else can i do? Thanks !!
