my 73 comet right side door wont open from inside or out how to fix it

you will probably need to reconnect the linkage to the door latch by removing the interior panel and determining what part(s) of the linkage came apart or broke.

If you had access to a slim jim, may be able to get it open, the issue is likely not with the latch itself but probably the linkage
