I have a 1965 Mercury Comet Caliente and i need to replace the rear frame rails in the subframe.

Question 1: will a 1965 mustang rear subframe rails fit in the comet?

question 2: if not, then anyone know where i can order the rear frame rails and possibly get them shipped to me up in Ontario, Canada

Try dearborn classics, I think they have somethig, I believe the mustangs are to short, unless you are just needing upto the area where the leaf springs attach. but from experience it is better not to try and piece in a section. If you have a local metal fab shop they may be able to re-create them. Cost could be up there though. good luck
