why is my car pulling to the left when the brakes are applied

1961 comet,all drum brakes, new wheel cylinders, rubber hoses,drums turned, single master cylinder,equal fluid pressure at all wheels, brake shoes installed properly, after all the adjusting car is still pulling hard to the left,, what are we missing?

If brakes are ok, It's an alignment issue, worn tie rods, loose wheel bearing or bad ball joints will cause it to pull

Sounds like an adjustment thing , I know you said you adjusted them, But try backing the drivers side front brake off some, several clicks, then test drive, if it gets better, then its an adjustment thing, It could also be a bad wheel cylinder, I know you said they are new, but new ones can be bad too, especially if they are a lower end brand name
