Hi my Audi 500e rev is not working it only
ends up to 2000 rpm even when driving..
Takes me 30 minutes to reach a pleace I
should have reached in 6 or 7 minutes

Do you hear any hissing sounds? My first thought is a plugged catalytic converter in the exhaust.

There's only a aluminum pipe on my exhaust which was blocked opened it hoping there would be any difference but still and there's no plug or anything else besides the aluminum pipe

Then I would have it scanned for any trouble codes. This would point you in the right direction in what needs to be looked at. You can have it done at an auto parts store.

Another thing I can think of would be a faulty fuel pressure regulator, or the fuel pump going bad. Fuel pressure would need to be checked to determine if there is a problem.
