1977 Triumph Spitfire wheel stud adapters

Question type: Car Customization

Hi... my son bought a 1977 Triumph Spitfire. It has american racing wheels on it - not original. For these to fit, there are these cylindrical offset (eccentric?)wheel adapters that fit on each individual wheel stud.  This allows a different size wheel to fit wheels studs - since they can be rotated in or out.  Does anyone know what these are or where I could get two more?  Thanks.
