2004 Ford Mustang turns over but wont start

I have a 2004 Ford Mustang, and I got it diagnosed, the alternator, and the battery was good, but I replaced the battery anyway because it was over three years old. The car turns over, but starts sometimes, and sometimes doesn't start. I don't believe it to be the fuel pump.  I put gas in it, even though It had gas, and it started up so I think it may be something technological.
