a little high..but could be sender / gauge mech.gauge. / rad. area clean...i would start with changing the thermostate..you siad the fans kick on at 100c..when they do how much does the temp.drop ?

100 C = 212 F. I am surpised that your car has a temperature redline at 100C as that is right around the normal operating temp.
