Speed idle

I have 280zx model 83 non turbo has 77000 miles
has got two problem .. first the rpm doesn't rise
correctly especially at the morning time while start
the rpm normal .. second the cruise control was
working suddenly stopped.
Do you have any solution

A vacuum leak will cause idle to drop and the Idle Air Control Valve to fluctuate to make up for this. I believe the cruise control in your car works off vacuum, as well. Look for a leak.
