1980 280zx 2 seater no power to accessories unless engine is running

So my 1980 280zx doesnt get any power to the
accessories unless the engine is running and even
then the curtesy lights dont come on. when the key
is in accessories position nothing has power and
when in the on position the lights on the dash
come on and the fuel pump runs but the intwrior
lights dont come on till the engine is started. No
idea where to even begin troubleshooting this. I
cant find any fuses blown or burnt wireing.
