Could just be a dead spot on the starter, take a rubber mallet to it and give it a couple whacks. The solenoid can make a buzzing sound if it's not getting enough voltage, so you might have a weak battery, or a weak battery connection or ground to the solenoid. I'd check all the cables and connections, test the battery is good. Really check those battery cables, too many good starters and solenoids have been replaced unnecessarily because of a bad battery cable.
