disc brakes conversion for 1963 galaxie

does anyone know if the disc brakes(spendles rotors,calipers ,etc) from a 1965 t-bird will fit on a 1963 galaxie?is this a hard or easy swap ?  thanks

it can be done,if you have never done this kind of work,it is hard.
