please help me i have a ford focus that runs great when it will start all the lights light up but it just won't turn over whats going on

Check battery voltage, should be 12.4vdc or take it to your local auto parts store for an inspection. If battery is good and still won't turn over, check all battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight.
