why would my 12v charging ports not be working? Checked guses

I have  checked all the fuses they work my charging port the
12 volt will not charge my phone cuz they be bad

Try another device to confirm the ports are not receiving 12.6 volts. There are sometime 3 or more fuse boxes ! in cabin 2. underhood 3. in trunk Checked all?
