First, check to make sure your coolant level is full. If so, then use your hand to feel the outside of the hoses leading to your heater when the engine has been run up to temp. One should be hot and the other cooler (but not cold). if one is cold, the coolant is not flowing through your heater box and the box is likely plugged.
