No. Too many miles on it and I don't know the condition or service history.
If it were just an around town beater truck, maybe, but it would have to pass an inspection. Nothing worse than buying a dirt cheap truck that needs everything; tires, brakes, and mechanical work, just to be usable.
V6? I wouldn't. SOHC V6 has rear cam chains. Engines has to be removed from vehicle to service.
OJ has a good point. The SOHC 4.0 is probably near death.
