I have a 1992 Acura legend and water got in the oil. What is that called? Do I buy a new engine?

Blown head gasket or a cracked head. You won't know that until you get it torn down, but if it was running fine before it happened the chances are high that you won't have too, but don't wait too long cause water will start pitting bearings in a short period of time.
