I've replaced my ignition amplifier then I
started the car it idles perfectly then it cuts
off after 20 munits now it won't start again

check for fuel level, fuel pump and lines. the compression and spark seem to be there if its idling for 20 mins. may be a fuel situation.

I'll check it and I'll let you know cause it cut off the it never started again I waited another 45 munits and it started again

Do not go crazy buying parts! This is most likely an immobilizer issue or key sync/battery issue. These VWs are very touchy when it comes to the immobilizer.
