Why do i sumtimes find my passenger footwell carpet soaked wet? audi a3 tsport 1998

how are you floor pans? and how are you weather strippings?

floor pans are solid. weather strippings? are those the rubber tubing that seals the door. they seem ok but ive reacently found out that they do let water in as a common fault. do you think it would b a good idea to get them re-fitted?? thanks

lol aint got air con cheers dude. it only gets wet every now and again. which is confusing as we live in not so sunny england. plenty of rain and no wet patch. then all of a sudden, my footwell is soaked ???

check the drain line from the A/C Evaporator in the passenger compartment - rubber drain hose may be clogged so the condensate builds up inside the car. When its hot and humid, the car should drip. The drain is on the right side, near the back of the front wheel.

having same problem any ideas i dont have air con
