Parts that i should try to replace to find problem

Haveing trouble with idle on my 2004 ford escape.
And wondering what parts might be the problem.
Insafufficient egr flow detected , lack of ho2s- 11
and ho2s-21 switching ho2s low input and saying
fuel system too lean. Egr valve is new.
