kindly suggest what would be the problem when there is a continuous jerks noticed when driving my HYUNDAI GETZ in hot sun.

when did you last have a tuneup, fuel filter,, etc. is there a check engine light? scan the computer for codes anyway and see what you get then post back here. also how many miles on the car.
