This is the battery dead. Open the door using the metal key located in the fob. Open back door from inside. In the back seat get the middle hand rest down, again use the metal key to open rhe plastic window, pull the handle located behind it, the trunk will be open, The battery is in the right rear wing. Charge or replace. You are done
