Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Alright so, I'm in a mess.
So, I tried to leave one night turned the truck on, no
running lights, no headlights, no fogs, no high
beams, no dash lights the dimmer switch did
nothing, and no radio.

So theres no power coming to the dimmer switch,
or the headlight switch theres no burn marks on
either yet the dimmer switch still turns on the
interior over head light.

All the fuses are good, yet the fuses 1, 2, 3, 4, 14,
22, 23, 24, 31, and 34 in the smart junction box are
all not blown yet not getting power (they dont light
up the probe) every fuse has been checked, and
cleaned, we've tried replacing the sjb. Nothing.

Any ideas?

You have a short somewhere, so your going to have to continue probing. BTW: I leave all my electrical work to my mechanic. It takes a lot of patience and the right equipment and knowledge to find them.
