2008 F150 wont start
My 2008 f150 starts some days and others it wont. First they said relay fuse
(got it changed out). Started doing it again. Then they said the fuse box by
driver side under hood. (got it changed out). And again its doing the same thing
now I have to unplug the mother board and replug and it starts with no problem.
PLEASE HELP WHAT IS GOING ON!!??
Sounds like you have a corrosion/contact problem at one of the connection points on the pcm. You can try disconnecting the battery before disconnecting the electronic connection. With a cue-tip and electronic contact cleaner go over each contact. DO NOT flood the PCM with spray contact cleaner. You can spray cleaner into the plug at the electronic wire connection, but let it dry completely before reconnecting. See if it helps.
