Sounds like you have a corrosion/contact problem at one of the connection points on the pcm. You can try disconnecting the battery before disconnecting the electronic connection. With a cue-tip and electronic contact cleaner go over each contact. DO NOT flood the PCM with spray contact cleaner. You can spray cleaner into the plug at the electronic wire connection, but let it dry completely before reconnecting. See if it helps.
