Could be injector related. Injector could have a weak magnetic field not able to pull open the pintle valve giving you a lean misfire or a stuck closed injector doing the same. could also have a leaking injector or stuck open injector. one of your coils cld have an open power or ground wire need to measure the power wire on all the coils against battery negative to verify battery voltage. the measure the negative wire against battery negative and make sure its not high voltage. Youd want no more than 100 millivolts since each coil has its own ground wire and nothing else shares it

I forgot this is a dodge so the car has to be running bc the asd relay cuts coil power if the car isnt running

I haven't checked 1 3 and 5 because they are under the intake but after I put the new computer on I thought it would level out but it didn't, but 4and 6 are hitting but when I pull the wire off the number 2 it doesn't do anything, and I have put new plugs, coil packs and injectors on it, I just don't know what else to do.

Could be a compression issue with the cylinder. Wouldnt hurt to rule that out
