Dodge journey

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Myself car wouldn't start. I had it jumped
and it was fine for a half hour. Then it
wouldn't start again so I bought a new
battery. Now it won't start won't click and
the lights won't even turn on. But the battery
still has juice. Any ideas how to fix it? I'm a
single mom and can't afford to take it in

1 the security system has been activated, use the shut down procedure listed in the owners manual. 2 The other thing that's got me bugged is you didn't mention if the factory preset saver tool was used when the battery was removed, if it wasn't used you may have lost all of the BCM's preset programming and that controls all the accessories, the only place to get it back is the dealer, in my area it runs about a hundred bucks. If the preset saver tool was used then check for blown main fuses.
