how do i identify wich automatic transmision is in my car

Hello, You can do this by submitting your VIN to the DMV at http://www.dmv.org. The return on the identification will tell you what your car is. Best of luck! CarGrrl

The V6 3.1L '91 Beretta had a 3-speed automatic. Mine switches gears at like 10, 20, and 38 after being warmed up.
