where is the power steering resevoir located?

nowhere. because there is no hydraulic power steering. there is electrical one.

Open the front hood and look for 4 small plastic bottle cover. one of them will read 'Power Steering Fluid'. Thats your resorvior. But most of the car , everyone had to replace a steering lower shaft. You may be lucky if there is no oil and you top it up.
