Can I put a 98 Chevrolet cavalier intake and
manifold on a 92 Chevrolet cavalier block? Can I
interchange the motor parts of these two cars?

No, 1998 is OBD II, 1992 is OBD I. They're completely different computer systems. HTH. -Jim
